The 47 Steps Guest House rooms are on the 2nd floor of an Umbertino building, with very rare 4-meters high ceilings, without an elevator. Its 6 rooms can be single, double or triple and each of them has got same comforts: private bathroom, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Air conditioning, Hair dryer, Digital Safe, Courtesy kit and ironing kit. Perfect for business and leisure travellers, ideal solution for families and friend groups. Moreover at every check out before the new customer checks in, the rooms are absolutely cleaned and sanitized using steam cleaning machines!

The 47 Steps Guest House has been completely renewed in September 2018 in order to offer to its guests rooms not only new but also ideal to get their stay in the heart of Rome as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
